Illustrative workflow

The shape of the scoped work, not a client result or a finished-product screenshot.

The work today

A starting point you can recognize.

Internal documents and a team that needs to retrieve their knowledge.

Information is scattered and the intended deployment boundary excludes a public knowledge service.

The progress to work toward

Find usable answers from those documents inside your infrastructure.

A local-model retrieval system with a QA-checking step, deployed on the agreed infrastructure.

The engagement is scoped around your inputs and acceptance criteria. The outcome is a goal, not a guarantee.

A concrete engagement

What you receive. What you bring.

Included in the scope

  • A local-model retrieval system with a QA-checking step, deployed on the agreed infrastructure.
Read the original advertised scope

A private, verified source of truth: a local-model RAG system trained on your data, QA-agent checked, that never leaves your infrastructure.

Inputs for the conversation

your docs / data export

Discuss access requirements first. Do not send passwords or private customer data in a public enquiry.

Agree how to judge it

Representative questions, their retrieved source passages and the observed QA result.

An example to agree during scoping, not a claim that this evidence has already been produced for your project.

A useful fit

Consider this when…

Your documents are available and keeping the system in your environment is a requirement.

A different starting point

Choose another path when…

You need guaranteed correctness or have not resolved rights to use the source documents.

An existing native feature or a smaller change may be sufficient. The call should establish that before a build is proposed.

Evidence, with its limits

Before you commit

A clear scope comes first.

Price basis. $25,000 USD · published project price. Scope, timing and fees are confirmed in the proposal.

Operating costs. Model usage, hosting and any agreed ongoing support are separate where applicable.

Build payments. The services page advertises 50% at kickoff and 50% at delivery for builds. Confirm the applicable payment schedule in your proposal.

Support and cancellation. Confirm support coverage, cancellation and rescheduling terms before committing. A refund policy is not specified here.
